Do you accept returns?

No, we don't accept returns as all our products are made fresh to order and cannot be reused.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service - we'll make it right. But if you managed to finish the entire board, then at least your stomach was satisfied!

Can I cancel an order after it's been placed?

Yes - cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note: orders placed on Thursday cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Can I receive a discount if I order weekly?

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, delivery is free within Jerusalem.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes - you can choose your specified delivery date by checkout.

Yes! We can customize our boards to be gluten-free, nut-free or any other specific allergies. Just let us know.
