BÜRNT began in a small kitchen with one goal: to feed the guys. What started as casual seudos for a constant stream of friends quickly became a name whispered around yeshivos and Shabbos tables alike. The flavor, the energy, the experience—the guys didn’t stop coming back for more.

It didn’t take long before the simple idea of hosting grew into something bigger. We found that the same passion we put into a Thursday night get-together or a Shabbos day meal could become a full-scale operation. Our goal is to recreate the flavor, experience, memories and all-around good feel of those moments, in every single one of our meatboards, all without losing that original soul.

Today, BÜRNT is more than just a kitchen. We craft high-quality meat boards, cater intimate events, and bring the fire (literally) to gatherings across the country. From our hand-selected cuts to our uncompromising kashrus standards, every detail is built to satisfy the connoisseur and please the critic.
